JOIN OUR TEAM

How to Join

Joining our Group is easy... You can contact us by email below and let us know you're interested, or simply show up for one of our twice-weekly "Drop-ins" (every Tuesday & Friday) and ask for Ron or Don.

Requirements to Join

Membership is open to all Victory at Verrado residents in good standing without discrimination as to race, sex, religion, color, ethnic culture, or national heritage.

Membership Code of Conduct

HHPB was founded on the principles of fun, competitive play, and friendship. As such, good sportsmanship that includes respect, fair play, and graciousness in winning and losing is expected for its members. We expect all members to abide by the following Principles:

  • DO NOT engage in unsportsmanlike conduct or encourage others to do so.
  • DO NOT engage in any behavior that would endanger the health, safety, or well-being of self or others.
  • DO NOT engage in any behavior that would result in damage to Victory Club facilities, equipment or other members’ property.
  • DO NOT engage in the use of malicious profanity, offensive language, or ethnic slurs.
  • DO NOT express Political & Religious thoughts or opinions.
  • DO treat others with respect and compassion and abstain from conduct intended to humiliate, threaten, or intimidate others.
  • DO exhibit fairness and honesty in dealing with game situations and others.

Member's Guests & Family

Members are allowed to bring Guests but they may only play when accompanied by that member and adhering to the visiting guest policies of the Victory Club. Guests must conduct themselves under the same Code of Conduct as the Club’s members.

Limited Membership

Due to constraints of pickleball court availability, the total membership will be limited to a maximum number “active” members. The Maximum may be adjusted, from time to time based on future court availability. Should the Club reach its Maximum enrollment, a wait-list will be established.

Dues & Fees

HHPB operates as a non-profit entity and no Officer, Leader or Member will receive compensation for their voluntary duties. The Executive Board may authorize Annual or Monthly Dues/Fees it may deem necessary which may go towards the purchase of pickleball equipment, food & beverage and other social activities. Currently, we collect occasional fees from our members towards food or beverages the Club may provide. "Off-campus" social  activities are voluntary and require pre-payments based upon events.

Membership Revocation

Failure to pay prescribed dues; adhere to Clubs’ Code of Conduct rules; or failure to maintain “Active” status, may result in an individual's membership in the Club being suspended or revoked. Membership may be re-instated when Club dues are brought current; the adherence to the Code of Conduct is deemed corrected or the member’s “Active” status is re-instated.

Membership Benefits

The chief benefit of being a member of the Club is the camaraderie and friendships formed while participating in our Pickleball programs & social activities. As a officially "Chartered" Club in Victory, the Club will have dedicated and scheduled court times for its programs.
